He was a parishioner of St. Albert the Great Catholic Student Center. Donald served as a longtime legal counsel to Native American tribes, in particular the Tunica-Biloxi Tribe for over 30 years. Donald leaves behind his wife, Monika; step-son, Lukas Zarychta and wife April; sister; Christine Kennard and husband Steve; brother, Chuck Spangler and wife Sarah; brother-in-law, Glen Bowman; sister-in-law, Dottie Spangler, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Preceding Donald in death were his parents, Christine and Tom Spangler; brother, Spike Spangler; sister, JoAnn Bowman. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date at St. Albert the Great Catholic Student Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Albert the Great Catholic Student Center, 409 W. Dakota St. Hammond, LA 70401. He was a native of Marksville and attended Independence High School. He is survived by one son, Blythe Alexander Juneau of Robert; his mother and stepfather, Carol Guillot Danos and Kenneth Danos of Independence; his father and stepmother, Terry and Mellissa Kimble Juneau of Marksville; three brothers, Chad Paul Juneau and Blake Johnathan Juneau, both of Marksville, a twin brother, Jason Wayne Juneau of Independence; one sister, Casey Lynn Juneau of Marksville; his grandparents, Lena and Norville Courville of Marksville, Helen Dubroc Lachney of Picayune, Miss., Ellis and Joyce Juneau of Marksville, and Ned Guillot Sr. and Linda Guillot of Plaquemine Parish.
