A native of Germany, she had been a resident of Hammond for 10 years, moving here from Baton Rouge. Last rites were held Sunday from the Thomas Funeral Home; the remains were taken to Baton Rouge for interment in the Jewish Cemetery. She was the widow of Lepold Kahn of Baton Rouge and is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Alyce K. Levy of Hammond, Mrs. David Stiel of Franklin and Mrs. Leon Reinach of Baton Rouge; two brothers, Fritz and Max Krauss of New Orleans; four sisters, Mrs. Leon Heymann and Mrs. Julia Uhry of New Orleans, Mrs. Isadore Mayer and Mrs. Nathan Behr of Patterson, N.J.; and three grandsons and one great, granddaughter. ***************************************************************************
