KEEVER, DAWN LEIGH ROGERS
Dawn Leigh Rogers Keever, born May 25, 1973 in Lawrenceville, Illinois 
stepped into eternity on Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012, after a hard fought 
battle with cancer at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond, La. She had her 
mom, Donna Rogers, niece, Sarah Rogers, and friend, Victoria Ard by her 
side. Dawn and her fiance, Christopher Slocum were residents of Hammond, 
La.  She is survived by her beautiful daughters, Virginia Andrea Keever and 
Gabrielle Kristen Keever. Her loving mother, Donna Gosnell Rogers and 
brothers, Anthony, Matthew, Andrew, Ronald, and Kurtis Rogers. As well as 
her step-children, sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, and other 
loving family and friends.  She is preceded in death by her father, Ronnie 
L. Rogers and beloved brother, Rory L Rogers.  Arrangements have been made 
by Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home of Ponchatoula. The memorial service 
will be held on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at 
the Christian Life Assembly of God, 2575 Veterans Avenue, Hammond, La.  A
