KESSINGER, ARTHUR LEE, JR.
A native of Jonesboro, GA and a resident of Ponchatoula, Lee passed away
unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Our Lady of the Lake
Regional Medical Center, at the age of 32. He was a 1995 graduate of
Ponchatoula High School and active in the National Guard for 13 years,
having served in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  Lee is survived by his wife,
Stephanie DiPalma Kessinger; parents, Arthur Lee, Sr. and Sandra Kessinger;
two sisters, Selena Russo and husband Stephen, Kristina Maxey and husband
Aaron; nieces and nephew, Madison, Makenzie and A.J. Maxey. He is also
survived by his girlfriend, Stacey Groves.  Preceding Lee in death were his
grandparents, Ruby and Buzz Wall, and Cecelia and Clark Kessinger.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral
services from the chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, west of
Hammond on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 2:00 p.m., with visitation
beginning at 9:00 a.m. Entombment will follow in Rose Memorial Mausoleum,
with full military honors.  Condolences and other information are available
