She was 83, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of Deerford. Visiting at St. Paul's United Methodist Church, 11828 Plank Road, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday and after 9 a.m. Tuesday. Religious service at the church at noon Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Frank Akin and the Rev. John Coker. Interment in Blackwater Methodist Church Cemetery. Survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Lynette and Robert W. Taylor of Baton Rouge; a son and daughter-in-law, Jesse F. Jr. and Clara Kleinpeter of Lake Charles; four grandchildren, Randy and Jeremy Taylor, Jesse F. III and David Kleinpeter; three stepgrandchildren, Donald W. Pino, Debora Fuslier and David Pino; five great-grandchildren; five stepgreat-grandchildren; a sister, Doris C. Lee, Amite; a brother, Lonnie C. Crumholt of Baker; an aunt, Kathryn Elkins; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Jesse F. "J.F." Kleinpeter Sr.; parents, Talmadge E. Sr. and Willie Gurney Crumholt; and two brothers, Talmadge E. Jr. and Louis R. Crumholt. Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews. She was a member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church and Order of the Eastern Star Central Chapter 23. He was 77, a retired carpenter and a member of Local 1098. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War.
