Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 pm EST on Sunday July 1, 2012, with visitation from 2:00p.m. until services at 4:00p.m. at Epworth United Methodist Church with Reverend Grant Parker officiating. A visitation will also be held at Harry McKneely and Son in Hammond on Tuesday, July 3rd. from 6:00p.m. until 9:00p.m. And at Bethlehem Baptist Church on Wednesday from 9:00a.m. until services at 10:00a.m.. Interment will follow at Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery in Albany, LA. Mrs. Klugh was born on April 5, 1954, in Independence, LA, the daughter of Huey H. Palmer, Sr. and Delia Helen Morgan Palmer. She worked in accounts receivable for Synovus and volunteered at Red Cross and United Methodist Womens. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Andrea Ingrassia. Other than her father, she is survived by her husband, Fred Klugh; daughter, Jacqueline Dammon, husband Chris of Livingston, LA; two sons, Fred R. Klugh, II of Livingston, LA and Brian Shane Klugh, wife Laura of Auburn, AL; three brothers; eight grandchildren; much extended family members and many caring friends.
