KOCKE, GAETANA RANDAZZO
Gaetana "Gay" Randazzo Kocke passed away peacefully at Belle Maison Nursing 
Home in Hammond, La., on Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012, at the age of 87.  She was 
the beloved wife of the late Louis Kocke, Jr. whom she was married to for 
62 years. Loving mother of Carol K. Caruso, Elizabeth "Betsy" K. Donnelly 
(Butch) and Marie K. Tahbaz (Amir). Daughter of the late Carolina and 
Nicholas Randazzo. She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and 3 sisters. 
Proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  Gay was 
born on Aug. 18, 1925, in Marrero, La. She was raised in Marrero and was a 
long time resident of Chalmette, La. Post Katrina she relocated to Amite, 
La. Gay was a devout Catholic and a parishoner of Our Lady of Prompt Succor 
Catholic Church.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation 
to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., 
Chalmette, La., on Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A 
Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 1 p.m. at Our Lady of Prompt Succor 
Catholic Church, 2320 Paris Rd., Chalmette, La. Interment will follow in
