KOHNKE, HERMAN A., SR.
Herman A. Kohnke, Sr., 80, former resident of Hammond, died in New Orleans;
interment Sunday in Episcopal Cemetery, Hammond.  Leaves widow; four sons,
Richard, Frederick, Ernest and Herman, Jr.; three daughters, Misses Sonara
and Laura, and Mrs. Florences Blush, none of who live in Hammond at the
present.

KOHNKE, MRS. HERMAN A.
Mrs. Herman A. Kohnke, 78, died in New Orleans, Tuesday, March 1st.  Her
husband died about a year ago.  Funeral held in New Orleans and again in
Hammond on Wednesday; interment in Grace Cemetery beside her husband. 
Survived by, Sonora A., Laura G., Frederick W., Ernest E., Herman A., Jr.,
Richard B. Kohnke and Mrs. R. H. Blush; sister, Mrs. Richard Burton;
sister, Mrs. Carrie G. Curtis.
