KUGLER, BLANCHE OUBRE
Norco - Blanche Oubre Kugler, 92, died Wednesday, June 4, 2003, at St.
Charles Parish Hospital. She was a native of Vacherie, a member of Ladies
Alter Society, American Legion Auxiliary Post 195, St. Charles Council on
Aging and the St. Charles Senior Citizens Club. She was a member of Sacred
Heart Catholic Church, Norco.  Survivors include Doris K. St. Martin, Emile
J. Kugler, Leona K. Durapau, Barry Kugler, Kirk Kugler, Sandy K. Weber; 25
grandchildren, 48 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Emile Kugler; her parents, Wiltz and Irma Stein Oubre; son,
John G. Kugler, seven brothers and sisters; and four grandchildren preceded
her in death.  The funeral was today and burial was at St. Charles Borromeo
Cemetery.  H.C. Alexander Funeral Home, Norco, was in charge.

KUGLER, MARK YOUNG
A medical stenographer with North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond, he died 
Wednesday, June 5, 2002, in Hammond as a result of an automobile accident.
He was 23, a resident of Hammond and a native of Ponchatoula. Visitation at
Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Friday. Visitation in the funeral home chapel from 8 a.m. until religious
service at 10 a.m. Saturday. Interment in Sand Hill Cemetery. Survived by
his parents, Mark L. and Rhonda Ridgell Kugler, Ponchatoula; two brothers, 
Jonathan R. and Andrew E. Kugler, both of Ponchatoula; paternal grand-
parents, Emile and Dolores Cox Kugler, Ponchatoula; maternal grandparents,
Owen and Ruth Hopkins Ridgell, Ponchatoula; and great-grandmother, 
Blanche Kugler, Norco. Preceded in death by a brother, Phillip Ray Kugler.
He was a 1996 honors graduate of Ponchatoula High School.
