She was a seamstress and attended Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church in Tickfaw. Her sister is Josephine LaCiura Baiamonte. She was preceded in death by her parents, Salvador LaCiura and Theresa Sconza LaCiura; two brothers, Frank and Peter; and four sisters, Gertrude, Michelina, Rosalie and Virginia. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home in Hammond. The funeral will begin at 2 p.m. at Our Lady of Pompeii Catholic Church.
