LAGRUE, SALENA
Morgan City - Salena Lagrue, 88, died Friday, May 23, 2003, at Landmark
Nursing Home, Hammond.  She was a minister and a foster parent.  Survivors
include one daughter, Paula Lagrue of Hammond; one sister, Beatrice Brown
of New Orleans; one brother, Fredrick Columbus Sr. of Lompoc, Calif.; one
grandchild and 24 foster children.  She was preceded in death by her
husband, Irving Lagrue; her parents, two sisters and three brothers.
Visitation will be Thursday at Pentecostal One Way Holiness Church from 
9 a.m. until Joseph Williams conducts the funeral at 10. Burial will be in
Mt. Olive Cemetery, New Orleans.  Richardson Funeral Home, Hammond, is in
charge.
