Brandon P. Lala, born on October 13, 1985 went to be with his heavenly father at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 8, 2012. He was a native of Waggaman, LA. and a resident of Loranger, LA. He was an engineering technician. Brandon was also a member of Cornerstone Church in Amite. Brandon leaves behind his parents, Jeff Lala (Laura) and Theresa Lirette (David); maternal grandparents, Roger and Cynthia Thomas; paternal grandfather, Dominick Lala; step-grandmother, Merill Lirette; fianc/e, Tiffany Thompson; children, Zachary and Zoey; two sisters, Brittney Lala and Chelsey Lala; two brothers, Daniel Dubuisson and John Dubuisson, Jr.; aunts and uncles, godfather, Roger Thomas, Jr. (Audrey), Pamela "Pammy" Thomas, Wayne Lala (Sheila), Ernie Lala (Tammie) and Ronald Lirette (Renee`) and numerous cousins. Brandon is preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Dot Lala and great grandparents, Vital and Alzina Naquin, Katherine Hein Pitre and George W. He was born Dec. 27, 1947. He was the loving father of Joseph Francis Lala V and Jonathan Francis Lala. Preceded in death by his father, Joseph Francis Lala III. Survived by his mother, Maime Cali Lala; and sisters, Josephine Pierce, Mamie Vuskovich and Vickie Piazza, all of Hammond, Marie Ritchie, of Plano, Texas, and Jeannie Krawzyck, of LaPlace. He was a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe and served as a staff sergeant in the U.S. Air Force from 1970 to 1974.
