A resident of Hammond, he died Wednesday, Dec. 8, 2004, at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. He was 32 and a native of New Orleans. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13. Visiting at the funeral home chapel from 8 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, until religious service at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Kevin Dunn. Interment in New Haven Baptist Church Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Tanya Lipsey Lamy; two sons, Joshua Lucien Lamy Jr. and Jacob Lee Lamy; and a daughter, Jenna Lynn Lamy, all of Hammond; parents, Joseph and Margaret Munson Lamy, Bay St. Louis, Miss.; a brother, Joseph "Bubby" Lamy Jr., Bay St. Louis; sister and brother-in-law, Charmaine B. and Sidney G. Cantelli Jr., Mandeville; and two nephews, Sidney G. Cantelli III and Sheldon G. Cantelli. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lucien and Jenny Parria Munson and Lucille Boykin.
