LAPINE, SHAREL ANN DELAUGHTER
A resident of Independence, she died Monday, July 30, 2007, at ACH Hospital
in Athens, Tenn. She was 45, a native of Westwego and a resident of
Independence. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, on Friday, Aug.
3, from 9 a.m. until religious service at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev.
Duke Chance and the Rev. Ed Griffin. Interment in Parklawn Memorial
Gardens, Hammond. She was the wife of Rickey J. Lapine Sr., Independence,
mother of Sharell "LuLu" Lapine and Rickey J. Lapine Jr., both of
Independence, daughter of Eloise M. Savoie, Independence, formerly of
Westwego, and the late Charles R. Delaughter, and the daughter-in-law of
Bertha Lapine, Westwego, and the late Joseph O. Lapine. For more
