LeMAIRE, ALICE DOROTHY
A loving mother, grandmother and friend, a native of Mississippi, she
passed away Sunday, Feb. 19 at North Oaks Medical Center. She was 78.
Ms. Dot was Treasurer of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 156 in Pumpkin
Center, a member of VFW and Ebenezer Baptist Church.  She is survived by 4
daughters: Alice Dorothy Chatagnidr, Thibodaux; Charlotte Dunlap, Baton
Rouge; Catherine Lassley, Bogalusa & Ramona Allatto, Tickfaw; 9 grand-
children and 13 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her
husband, Manson Paul LeMaire.  Visitation was today at Geisler Funeral Home
in Hammond followed by burial in Hurricane Creek Cemetery in Mississippi.
