LeTARD, EDWIN C., SR.
Edwin C. LeTard, Sr. 53, died Tuesday at his home in Amite.  He was a
lifelong resident of Amite.  Survivors include his wife; one son, Edwin
LeTard, Jr.; one daughter, Mrs. Edwin C. Schilling; his parents, Mr. and
Mrs. Xavier LeTard; three brothers, E. A., Johnny, and "Buster" LeTard; one
sister, Mrs. J. K. Brumfield; two grandchildren.

LeTARD, MARY KATE
Mary Kate LeTard, 75, of Hammond, died Monday, Sept. 13, 2010, after a 
lengthy illness surrounded by son and friend Janet Landry at her residence. 
She was born Feb. 5, 1935, in New Orleans. Surviving are sons, Mark M. 
LeTard and Brian P. LeTard; daughter and son-in-law, Pamela G. and John 
Betts; grandchildren, Kelly, Amanda and Beau LeTard, Eva and Matthew Posner 
and Quentin and Alayna Betts; and brothers, William J. Reid and Richard V. 
Reid. Preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. LeTard; and brother, Joe 
E. Reid. Friends will be received at All Saints Episcopal Church, 
Ponchatoula, on Saturday, Sept. 18, from 9 a.m. until service at 10:30 a.m. 
Interment in Kentwood Cemetery, Kentwood. Donations may be made to All 
Saints Episcopal Church Capital Improvement Fund at 250 W. Hickory St., 
Ponchatoula, LA 70454 or North Oaks Hospice, P.O. Box 2668, Hammond, LA,
