She was 78, born Feb. 11, 1928. A loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, she is survived by her three daughters, Beverly Diane LeTard Biggs, Houston, Linda Catherine "Cathy" LeTard Butler and her husband, David, Baton Rouge, and Elizabeth Mattingly LeTard Coody, Denham Springs; two sons, Edwin Carroll LeTard III, Amite, and John Carroll LeTard, Denham Springs; 12 grandchildren, Samuel Biggs, Houston, John Eric Brumfield, Greensburg, Krystle Butler Morris, Erik Butler and Nicholas Butler, all of Watson, and Erica Elizabeth Coody, Jeremy Coody, Pamela Sue LeTard Chambers, Vanna Anne LeTard, April LeTard, Edwin LeTard IV and Tessa LeTard, all of Denham Springs; two great-grandchildren, Kylee Anne LeTard, Denham Springs, and Austin Morris, Watson; three sisters, Dorothy Brooks, Kentwood, Mildred Easley, Amite, and Catherine Lou Wright, Robertsdale, Ala.; and two brothers, George Brooks, LaMarque, Texas, and Richard Brooks, Kentwood. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Albert and Bettie Hart Brooks; two sisters, Anna Laura Brooks Reed and Helen Sue Gates; and her first husband, Edwin C.
