LEVIN, DAVID H.
David H. Levin, age 85, died at Hammond, La. on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2012. 
Beloved father of Gerald A. Levin, Leslie Carrone and Richard L. Levin. 
Brother of Doris Davis of New Orleans and the late Rosalie LaKretz. Also 
survived by four grandchildren, Jillian S. and Carly L. Levin, Melissa and 
Sean Carrone. Son of the late Mina Gordon and Selig Levin.  Mr. Levin was a 
New Orleans native, an Army Veteran of World War II, a Past Master of Sam 
B. Dryfuse Lodge No. 396, F & A.M. and a retired furniture store owner. He 
was an avid sportsman and bowler.  Graveside services will take place on 
Sunday, Nov. 11, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. from Chevra Thilim Cemetery, 4800 blk 
Canal Street, New Orleans, with Rabbi Robert Loewy officiating. Kindly omit 
flowers. Memorials are suggested to Congregation Gates of Prayer Music 
Fund, 4000 W. Esplanade Ave So., Metairie, La. 70002. Condolences may be
