Inez was born to Louis and Tommie Addison, in Hammond, La., on January 30th, 1940. She was a lifelong native of Hammond and had been married to Andrew "Andy" Locicero since February 8th, 1959. She was retired from the Tangipahoa Parish School System. Inez loved spending time with her family and doing for her grandchildren, she also enjoyed crafting, traveling, cooking and gardening. She attended Coburn Baptist Church in Hammond. Inez is survived by her Loving husband Andrew Locicero, their three sons and their families. Michael and Lisa Locicero, of Hammond, Ricky and Sharon Locicero, of Ponchatoula, Brian and Heidi Locicero, of Destin Fl., grandchildren Chevon Morris and her husband Darren, Cheyenne Locicero, Logan and Kelsea Drew Locicero, Peyton and Andrew Locicero and great granddaughter Ava Hebert. Also surviving are her sisters, Myrle Owens and Mary Lou Culbreath, and brothers Alvin Addison, Charles Addison, and Jack Addison. She was preceded in Death by her parents, Louis and Tommie Addison, sisters, Myrtis Addison, Edna Klumpp and brother Earl Addison.
