LOCKHART, DONALD JAMES
Albany - Donald James Lockhart, a retired welder with Avondale Shipyard,
died Tuesday, June 6, 2000, at Ochsner Hospital, New Orleans.  Survivors
include two daughters, Donna Lockhart, Slidell, and Linda Slyker, Albany; 
son, Danny Lockhart, LaPlace; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
His wife, Ann Lockhart, preceded him in death.  Visitation will be at
Geisler Funeral Home, Albany, Friday from 9 a.m. until the funeral at 11.
Burial will be in Restlawn Park, Avondale.

LOCKHART, JAREN ANN
Jaren Ann Lockhart, 23, of Springfield, La., died Thursday June 7, 2012. 
Jaren was born February 28, 1989 in Independence, La.  She is survived by 
her mother Donna Lockhart; father, Pete Singer; daughter, Rylie Ann 
Lockhart; brother, Lance David Lockhart and close family friends, Alice 
Swain and Perry Swain, Nick Swain, Nikki, Andrea and Alyssa Swain and 
numerous aunts and uncles.  She was preceded in death by her maternal 
grandparents, Donald and Anna Lockhart; paternal grandparents, Ronald and 
Dody Singer and an uncle, Joe Singer.  Her "Celebration of Life" will be 
held Thursday, June 21, 2012; visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., with 
services at 7 p.m. at Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home, 12012 Highway 190, 
west of Hammond.  The family request that donations be made to Hancock Bank 
or Whitney Bank to the Jaren Lockhart Memorial Fund to help with funeral

LOCKHART, LAWRENCE L.
A retired Hunt Correctional Center employee and a longtime resident of
Denham Springs, he died Saturday, April 7, 2001, at Baton Rouge General
Medical Center-Mid City. He was 80 and a native of Baptist. He was a U.S.
Army veteran of World War II. Visiting at Greenoaks Funeral Home, 9595
Florida Blvd., from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. Religious services in the
funeral home chapel at 2 p.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. George Terrell.
Interment in Greenoaks Memorial Park. Survived by his wife, Peggy Lockhart;
a daughter, Deborah Ann Lockhart; two sons, Thomas Lloyd Lockhart and wife
Susan, and Larry David Lockhart and wife Faye; two sisters, Aline Batts and
Eunice Kelleher; two grandchildren, Brandon Loyd Lockhart and Bronwyn Lee 
Lockhart; a stepgrandchild, Melissa Renae Eudy; and a great-granddaughter,
Brookelyn Lee Lockhart. Preceded in death by his parents, Nathan and Stella
Lockhart; and three sisters. He was of the Baptist faith.

LOCKHART, MARIE 

Covington - Marie Lockhart, 65, a native of Hattiesburg, Miss., died. 
She is survived by three daughters, Cherrie Keeley, Las Vegas, Terry
Fulton, Kansas City, Mo., and April Nixon, Covington; two sons, Michael and
Kevin Nixon, both of Covington; one sister, Delores Preston, Waveland,
Miss.; and two brothers, Leroy Toney, San Antonio, and James Toney, She was
preceded in death by her parents. The Rev. Joe Beck officiated the funeral
Monday at First Missionary Baptist Church, Covington, and burial was in
Wilson Cemetery, Covington. Richardson Funeral Home, Hammond, was in
charge.

LOCKHART, MYRON LOUIS
Folsom - Myron Louis Lockhart, 77, died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2000. He was a
native of New Orleans. Survivors include his wife, Dolores Clause Lockhart;
children, Myra Lockhart, Donna Ciaccio, Chris and David Lockhart, Mary
Centanni and Jody Zimmerman; siblings, Joseph, Eugene, Jules, Orian,
Donnelly, Gaynel and Meredith Lockhart, Lillian Marx, Helen LaGarde, Beryl
Seeling, Carol Schexnaildre, Elinor McKearan; 10 grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren. A sister, Muriel Daughdrill, preceded him in death. 
The funeral will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic
Church, Folsom. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. John
the Baptist Catholic Church Building Fund, 11345 St. John Church Road,
Folsom 70437.
