Mandevillle- Salvatore A. Loiacano (Loyacano), 77, died Friday, June 16, 2000, at St. Tammany Parish Hospital. He was a native of New Orleans and a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. Survivors include his children, Ron Loyacano, Metairie, Tippi Loyacano Gonzales, Hammond; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two stepchildren, Rob Hynes and Rachel Hynes O'Brien; and three brothers, Jake, Joseph and Dr. E.J. Loyacano. His wife, Esther Agregaard Loyacano; sister, Mary Loyacano Coates; three brothers, Saverio, George and James Loyacano, preceded him in death. Visitation will be at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the funeral at 1 p.m. Entombment will follow in Rose Memorial Mausoleum. Memorials may be made to American Heart and Lung Association, St. Jude Children's Hospital, Make A Wish Foundation, Ozanam Inn, New Orleans (St. Vincent De Paul Society) or Florida Parish Special Olympics. ***************************************************************************
