LONEGAR, HELEN ALINE
Helen Aline Lonergan was born on September 30, 1941 in Holden, Louisiana 
and passed away on October 31, 2010 in Hammond, Louisiana. She was a member 
of Old Zion Hill Baptist Church. She was a hotel manager at various local 
hotels.  She is survived by a daughter, Laura S. Tallo & son-in-law, Todd 
Tallo; a son, Clay H. Stilley & daughter- in- law, Cherrie Stilley; 4 
grandchildren; 4 brothers, Homer Jones, Jr., Robert Jones, Charles Jones, 
& John Paul Jones; 2 sisters, Dorothy DeBlieux & Nancy Stilley.  She was 
preceded in death by her husband, Robert J. Lonergan; her parents Homer & 
Willie Lea Jones; a brother, Richard Jones; 3 sisters, Shirley Jones, Carol 
Jones McCartney, & Sybil Jones Sturdivant.  Visitation will be Friday, 
November 5, 2010 at Geisler Funeral Home in Albany from 6:00 pm until 
9:00 pm . Further visitation on Saturday at Old Zion Hill Baptist Church 
after 9 am until the service at m at the church. Interment will follow in 
Bankston Cemetery . Online condolences may be expressed at
