He was a native of Whitehall. He is survived by his wife, Betty Landry Loupe; two daughters, Marylee L. Allen and Janet L. Davis; and three grandchildren. A private religious service was held Monday, and burial was at Greenlawn Mausoleum. Pallbearers will be Francis "Frank," Jerry Sr., Jerry Jr., Joey, Dean and Darren Loupe.
