Lola M. Lyman died at 3 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, 2005, at Belle Maison Nursing Home in Hammond. She was a native of Jasper, Ala., a resident of Loranger, and a former resident of Starkville, Miss. She was 86 and former owner of Lyman's Shoe Shop in Starkville. Visitation at New Sharon Baptist Church, Husser, after 9 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 31, until religious service at 11 a.m. Interment in White Cemetery, Husser. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, James and Dwaine Vickers Morris, Loranger; four grand- children, Jim Morris, Steve Morris, Debbie Morris Richardson and Marty Morris, all of Loranger; five great-grandchildren, Mindi Morris Campbell, Josh Morris, Michael James Baham, Ricky Baham and Melissa Morris, all of Loranger; and eight great-grandchildren, Karley Campbell, Cody Campbell, Ashton Morris, River Baham, Kirstie Baham, Faith Dwaine Baham, Creek Baham and Brooke Baham. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Woodhaven Baptist Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 253, Tickfaw, LA 70466.
