She was 87 and a native of Kentwood. Visiting at First United Methodist Church of Gonzales on Saturday, July 15, from 1 p.m. until religious service at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Gary Willis. Interment in Mount Calvary Cemetery, Eunice. Survived by two daughters, Claire Mahfouz of Baton Rouge and Jeannette Campomenosi of Bay St. Louis, Miss.; niece, Evelyn Davis; six grand- children, John "Trey" Reynolds, Marc and wife Melissa Reynolds, Scott and wife Michelle Reynolds, Julie and Nick Graydon, Beau Campomenosi and Tim Campomenosi; four great-grandchildren, Grayce Payton Reynolds and Ashley, Emily and Harry Graydon; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband, Faize Thomas Mahfouz; and parents, Joe Allen and M.E. Tate Allen. Pallbearers will be Trey, Marc and Scott Reynolds, Tim Campomenosi, Larry Dauterive and Mike and Nick Nagota. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Gonzales and the Louisiana Retired Teachers Association. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to First United Methodist Church of Gonzales.
