She was 72, a retired beautician and a native of Tickfaw. Visiting at Rabenhorst Funeral Home East chapel, 11000 Florida Blvd., on Wednesday, Aug. 13, from 11 a.m. until service at 1 p.m. Survived by her husband, Howard Mancuso; daughter, Sheila and husband Remy Mouton; son, Jeff and wife Roxanne Mancuso; three stepsons, David and wife Tina Mancuso, Gary Mancuso, and Dale and wife Cindy Mancuso; three sisters, Yvonne Herrin, Eula Young and Leona Rauche; two brothers, David L. Albin and Billmere Albin; 10 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be David, Gary, Dale, Joshua, Dustin, Travis, Tristian and Cody Mancuso. *************************************************************************** Obituary published in The Hammond Daily Star on: 5/04/2003 MANCUSO, JOSEPH ROY Joseph Roy Mancuso, a 76-year-old retired shoe salesman, died Thursday, May 1, 2003, at North Oaks Medical Center. He was a native of Amite, resident of Hammond and a lifelong member of Holy Ghost Church. Survivors include his wife, Anna Lacara Mancuso of Hammond; a daughter, Rosalie Mancuso Kusion of Colorado Springs, Colo.; a brother, Philip Mancuso, and a sister, Josephine Mancuso, both of Amite. His parents, Peter and Lena Mancuso preceded him in death as did two brothers, Salvadore and Anthony Mancuso, and two sisters, Rosalie and Nancy Mancuso. Visitation will be at Holy Ghost Catholic Church Monday from 8:30 until the Rev. Jaime Diaz conducts the funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Holly Garden Cemetery.
