He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Inez Page Mandella of Independence; son and daughter-in-law, Vick A. Jr. and Karen Danna Mandella of Independence; two granddaughters, Melissa M. Cavallero of Independence and Krista L. Mandella of Hammond; great- granddaughter, Bailey Claire Cavallero of Independence; and sister, Margaret Mandella of Independence.
