MARLBROUGH, MARGUERITE B.
Marguerite B. Marlbrough born in Chacahoula, LA January 6, 1909 entered
into eternal rest at the age of 101 on Thursday, April 15, 2010. She grew
up in Algiers where she lived until her move to Hammond several years ago.
Preceded in death by her devoted husband Morris P. Marlbrough, Sr. and her
parents, Louis and Elizabeth Bernard. Beloved mother of Morris Paul
Marlbrough, Jr. (wife JoAnn). Grandmother of Bryan, Gary, John Marlbrough,
and Jan M. Dupont. Great-grandmother of Adam, Daniel, Jessica, Matthew,
Thomas, Ryan Marlbrough, and Zoe Dupont. Great-great-grandmother of Darius
Marlbrough. Her entire life was her family and her faith. She was a member
of the Legion of Mary through Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church. Relatives
and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the visitation at Mothe
Funeral Home, 1300 Vallette Street, Algiers, LA on Monday, April 19, 2010
from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the funeral home
on Monday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery,
Gretna, LA. Information: 504-366-4343.
