MATHESON, DONALD
A loving husband passed away at his home on Friday, October 5, 2012. He was 
a resident of Baton Rouge who worked as the restaurant manager for Petro 
Truck Stop in Hammond, LA. He was a Charter Member of Watson Baptist 
Church. Visitation will be held at Greenoaks Funeral Home 9595 Florida 
Blvd. on Sunday, October 7, 2012, from 5 PM until 9 PM and will resume on 
Monday October 8, 2012, from 10 AM until service at 12 PM conducted by Bro. 
Gerald Martin. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Park. He is 
survived by his wife of 21 years, Kathy Matheson; two daughters, Dallas 
Matheson and Kimberly Bernard and husband, Danny; two sons, Shawn Bourque 
and wife, Shalina and Brandon Bourque and wife, Jessie; one sister, Marie 
Strickland and husband, Jonathan; one brother, Russell Matheson and wife, 
Barbara; mother-in-law, Leila Mayers; six grandchildren; and three great 
grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Barbara and Milton 
Matheson; son, Donald Matheson, Jr, and his father-in-law, Feltus Mayers. 
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Watson Baptist Church 
building fund.
