MCCASKEY, LEE P. 
Lee P. McCaskey, 64, died Wednesday, March 17, 2004. A native of Coy, Ala., he 
was an offshore machine operator. He is survived by his wife, Jacquelyn McCaskey 
of Hammond; one daughter, Tamara McCaskey of Hammond; two sons, Carl McCaskey of 
Saginaw, Mich., and Lee T. McCaskey of Hammond; one sister, Marie Hudson of 
Mobile, Ala.; five brothers, Alex McCaskey of Bronx, N.Y., Herbert McCaskey, 
Willard McCaskey and the Rev. Henry McCaskey, all of Mobile, and Robert McCaskey 
of South Amboy, N.J.; and seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He 
was preceded in death by his parents, George and Edna McCaskey; and three 
sisters, Mary Jones, Georgia Murphy and Evelyne Charley. Visitation will be 
today at Richardson Funeral Home, Hammond, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. and at Mount 
Vernon Missionary Baptist Church, Hammond, from 6 to 9 p.m. The Rev. Samuel 
Brown will conduct the funeral Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the church. Burial will 
follow at Holly Gardens Cemetery, Hammond.
