MCCLURE, CATHERINE
Holden - Catherine "Cathy" "Hey" McClure, died Wednesday, March 21, 2001,
in a Hammond hospital. She was a native of Mobile, Ala., and had lived in
Holden for the past 13 years. She is survived by a faithful companion,
Bernard LeBlanc Jr., Holden; a daughter, Kittie Dycus, Vidor, Texas; a son,
Kevin McClure, Hattiesburg, Miss.; one brother, Woodrow Bray, Birmingham,
Ala.; two stepsons, Trey LeBlanc and Shane LeBlanc, both of Holden; and
seven grandchildren. Visitation is tonight from 5 to 8 at Chapel of Radney
Funeral Home, Dauphin Street Extension, Mobile, with a Rosary at 7 p.m. The
funeral will be Saturday at 10 a.m. and burial will be in Catholic
Cemetery.

MCCLURE, SALLY JO MALONE
Sally Jo Malone McClure was born in Dallas on Jan. 26, 1937, and was joined
with her Lord on Nov. 17, 2003. She graduated from Smithville High School
and attended Southwest Texas University. Sally was a devoted wife, mother
and Realtor. She was a Realtor with Latter and Blum for 20 years in New
Orleans, where she was a longtime resident. Sally then moved to Kentwood,
where she continued selling real estate with Prudential Gardner. Sally was
a dedicated member of East Fork Baptist Church, Kentwood Garden Club and a
life member of the Million Dollar VIP Club for Realtors. Sally, always the
giver of life and strong heart of our family, is survived by her husband, 
William Dave McClure; her daughters, Melissa Jo McClure French, Melinda Ann 
McClure Blum and Mary Lois McClure Dattola; her sisters, Suzie Chilton
Bishop, Diane Chilton Moore and Debbie Chilton Forney; and her grand-
children, Erin Michelle French, Damon Michael Blum and Joseph Constintine
Dattola. Visiting at East Fork Baptist Church, 17278 La. 1054, Kentwood, LA
70444, from 10 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19,
2003. The service will be conducted by her longtime friend and pastor, Don
Bassett. Interment in East Fork Cemetery, Kentwood. McKneely Funeral Home,
Kentwood, in charge of arrangements.

MCCLURE, WILLIAM DAVE "BILL" 
William Dave "Bill" McClure was born Nov. 26, 1935, and joined his Lord on
Sunday, Nov. 7, 2004. He was 68 years old, a native of Smithville, Texas,
and a resident of Kentwood. He was preceded in death by his wife of 46
years, Sally Jo Malone McClure. He was survived by his daughters, Melissa
Jo McClure French, Melinda Ann McClure Blum and Mary Lois McClure Dattola;
grandchildren, Erin Michell French, Damon Michael Blum and Joseph
Constantine Dattola; and sister, Dianna Saunders. He received a bachelor of
science degree from the University of Texas in Austin in 1958. He retired
from Amax Nickel in New Orleans with 20 years as a chemical engineer and
plant supervisor. He was a devoted husband, father and a dedicated member
of East Fork Baptist Church. Visitation at East Fork Baptist Church, East
Fork, from 10 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 10, until religious service at 1 p.m.,
conducted by the Rev. Don Bishop. Interment in East Fork Cemetery, East
Fork. Pallbearers will be Randy French, Wayne Blum, Fred Bishop, John
Jarrell and Richie Ponson. McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, is in charge of
arrangements.
