McCUNE, DONALD CHARLES, JR.
Mr. Donald Charles McCune, Jr. , age 72, died at his residence in Hammond 
on Oct. 19, 2008.  He was a native of New Orleans having relocated to 
Hammond after Hurricane Katrina.  Mr. McCune was a former University 
professor and US Army Veteran.  Survivors include nieces and nephews, 
David Foss, Diana Foss Hoerner, Jennifer Foss Morehead, and Robert Foss. 
Memorial services on Friday, Oct. 24 at 10 a.m. at First Christian Church 
in Hammond.  Light refreshments will follow the service in the fellowship
hall of the church.  Arrangements are being handled by Geisler Funeral 
Home of Hammond.  Private interment in Hope Mausoleum will be at a later 
date.
