FRY, SR. Pride - Homer L. Fry McMullan Sr., 77, died Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2000. He was a native of Fort Worth, Texas, a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, a retired master mechanic and a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Baton Rouge, and former member of St. Margaret's Catholic Church, Albany. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Cindy H. McMullan, Pride; five daughters, Barbara McMullan Bailey, Baton Rouge, Diedra McMullan Davidson, Union, Miss., Amanda McMullan Hicks, Jackson, Molly Ann McMullan, Pride, Melissa McMullan Clark, Greensburg; five sons, Homer L. Fry McMullan Jr., San Diego, Frank Joseph McMullan, Sierra Vista, Ariz., Thomas Quency McMullan, Greensburg, Mart S. McMullan and Christopher John McMullan, Pride; four sisters, Myrtis Warren, House, Miss., Mary Jane "Soat" Murphree, Meridian, Miss., Francis "Coot" Pullen, Union, Joan McNeil, Meridian, Miss.; 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. A brother, Henry Carl "Sutter' McMullan, preceded him in death. Visitation will be at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, today from noon until 9 p.m. and Saturday from 8 to 10 a.m. The Rev. Tom Duhe will conduct the funeral Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Greenwell Springs Road, Baton Rouge. *************************************************************************** Obituary published in The Advocate (Baton Rouge) on: 3/8/2013 McMULLAN, ZELMA BENNETT Zelma "Susie" Bennett McMullan, a resident of Greensburg, she died on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at North Oaks Medical Center. She was 60. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Friday, March 8, 2013 beginning at 10:00am. Bro. Buck Hughes will conduct religious services in the funeral home chapel at 1:00pm. Burial will follow in Chamber's Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of over twenty eight years, Thomas Q. McMullan, one son, Jerry Wayne Kile, Jr. and wife Patricia of Santa Anna, TX, two daughters, Lillian Phillipson and husband Joseph of Odesa, TX and Clara Price and husband Tim, six grandchildren, Desirah Kile, Shelly Kile, Victoria Gomez, Kristen Vasquez, Kimberly Price and Ryan Price, three great grandchildren, Jordan and Trinity Kile and Zaidan Marines, two brothers and four sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hulion H. and Lillian Bennett, one brother, Bill Bennett and sister, Marle Robards. She was an avid gardener.
