MCSHAN, MARY LEWIS
A resident of Amite, she died Friday, April 14, 2000, at Hood Memorial
Hospital, Amite. She was 83 and a native of Kildare, Texas. Visitation at
McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 1 p.m. until religious services at 
4 p.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Roy Bankston. Interment in Amite
Memorial Gardens, Amite. Survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and
Sam McAlister, Tickfaw; a son and daughter-in-law, Richard D. and Donna
McShan, Kentwood; and five grandchildren, Amber Nicole LeBlanc, Ryan
LeBlanc, Chase McAlister, Deanna McShan and Austin McShan. Preceded in
death by her husband, Henry F. McShan; parents, John H. and Virginia Curtis
Lewis; a sister, Louisa Cox; and two brothers, Edward Lewis and Curtis
Lewis.
