MENZER, ALICE ANDERSON
Springfield - Alice Anderson Menzer, 84, died Thursday, April 5, 2001, at
Belle Maison Nursing Home, Hammond. She was a native of Springfield. 
Survivors include a son, Elert "Blackie" Menzer Jr., Springfield; a
daughter, May Evelyn Haubold, Texas; a sister, Emmalean Davis, Ponchatoula;
eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchioldren. She was preceded in
death by her husband, Elert Menzer; two sons, William and Kroger Louis
Menzer; three brothers, Eddie, Albert and Joseph Anderon; two sisters,
Myrtle Kimball and Rosalie Burns; and her parents, Milton and Mary
Richardson Anderson. The Rev. Leo Guillot will conduct a graveside service
Saturday at 9 a.m. at Carter Cemetery, Springfield. Harry McKneely & Son
Funeral Home, Hammond, is in charge.
