She was born Nov. 21, 1933, in Roseland. Mrs. Michon was a retired licensed practical nurse who worked for Singing River Hospital and Gulf Coast OB-GYN. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Michon was preceded in death by her father and mother, Charles and Dixie Cox Jenkins; and brother-in-law, Clyde Chaney. She is survived by her husband, John Michon, Ocean Springs; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Gary Kosztur, Ocean Springs; two sons and daughters-in-law, John and Carri Michon, Hamilton, Va., and and Keith and Martina Michon, Atlanta; sister, Mrs. Evelyn Chaney, Garland, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Marshall and Joy Jenkins, Baton Rouge; 11 grandchildren, a great-grandchild and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Holder-Wells Funeral Home, Moss Point, Miss., on Monday, June 11, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Funeral service at the funeral home chapel on Tuesday at 10 a.m., with Bishop Jimmy Underwood officiating. Interment in Griffin Cemetery, Moss Point. Serving as pallbearers will be David Zimmerman, Brian Rowells, Brandon Michon, Michael Kosztur, Benjamin Kosztur and Daniel Kosztur. ***************************************************************************
