MIER, RAMONA HANEY "MONA"
A resident of Tickfaw, she died Tuesday, April 16, 2002, at North Oaks 
Medical Center, Hammond. She was 43 and a native of Hobbs, N.M. Visitation
at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 11 a.m. Thursday until
religious services in the chapel at 2 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Deven
Pedeaux. Survived by her husband, Mark Mier Sr., Tickfaw; two sons, Mark
Mier Jr., Tickfaw, and Jason Mier, Hammond; a grandson, Justin Thomas Mier;
mother, Rachel Marez Chapman, Hammond; father, Charles Haney, Sachse,
Texas; two sisters, Wanda Demel, Covington, and Kathy Sampey, Albany; a
brother, Charles Haney Jr., Hammond; and grandmother, Lona Bandy Haney,
Monroe, Okla. Preceded in death by her grandfather, Charlie Ellis Haney;
and her grandparents, Abel and Juanita Serna Marez.
