She was 38 and a native of Baton Rouge. Religious services at Winnfield Funeral Home, 7221 Plank Road, at 11 a.m. Saturday, conducted by Bishop Aaron Britten. Interment in Winnfield Memorial Park. Survived by parents, Melvin Mark Milligan Sr. and Shirley Mae Milligan; three sisters, Rita Faye and Sherlonda Evett Guerin, both of Baton Rouge, and Melanie Milligan, Los Angeles; and three brothers, Melvin Mark Milligan Jr., Terry Wayne and Cedric Jerome Milligan, all of Baton Rouge. Preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Mark and Josephine Milligan; two brothers, Lawrence Guerin and Fredrick Milligan; and two sisters, Joyce and Josephine Milligan. Pallbearers are Clarence Henderson, Nicholas Buckner, Charles Williams, Bryant Lodge, Cecil Burton and Everett Stevenson. Honorary pallbearers are Melvin M. Milligan Sr., Willie Newton Sr., Cedric J.
