She was 85 and a native of Bay Springs, Miss. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, from 2 p.m. Sunday until religious service at 4 p.m., conducted by the Rev. John Fulda. Interment in Arcola-Roseland Cemetery, Arcola. Survived by five daughters and three sons-in-law, Frances and Jimmy Thompson and Mary and Willard Johnson, all of Baton Rouge, Betty Irving, Lilburn, Ga., Carolyn Mistoler, Hammond, and Marsha and Jimmy Reid, Roseland; two sons and daughters-in-law, Leonard and Paula Mistoler, Columbia, S.C., and Dennis and Kathy Mistoler, Winter Park, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Jessie Yelverton, Pine Bluff, Ark. Preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Dean Mistoler; a granddaughter, Julia Sue Thompson; two sisters, Leona Daniels and Estelle Flemming; and parents, Jessie and Mary S. Yelverton. She was a retired seamstress and an avid gardener. Her wisdom and guidance will be missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Arcola-Roseland Cemetery Fund or the charity of your choice. ***************************************************************************
