MONNERJAHN, EVA MARTINEZ
Mrs. Eva Martinez Monnerjahn , 81 years old of Springfield, died November 
26, 2010, in North Oaks Medical Center.  She was born on January 25, 1929, 
in Springfield, daughter of the late Toney and Mena Threeton Martinez.
Surviving are her sons & daughters-in-law, Phillip and Susan Monnerjahn, 
Jerald & Nancy Monnerjahn; 6 grandchildren, Christopher Monnerjahn, Melissa 
Bosch, Mandy Luarca, Casey, Jason and Joseph Monnerjahn; 10 great-
grandchildren, Justin, Zachary, and Olivia Monnerjahn, Hayden and Cameron
Bosch, Cody Bordelon, Ava Luarca, Kayle Bonney, Jace Monnerjahn, Layla 
Monnerjahn; and a brother, Donald Martinez.  She is preceded in death by 
her husband, Joseph Andrew Monnerjahn; son, William Monnerjahn; sisters, 
Helen Poche, Sallie Martin, Mellie Helms, and Eugenie Rigby; brothers, 
Toney Martinez Jr., and Leslie Martinez.  Friends will be received on 
Monday, November 29, 2010, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at Harry McKneely & 
Son Funeral Home in Ponchatoula, Louisiana.  Services will be held in the 
funeral home chapel in Ponchatoula, on Monday, at 1:00 pm.  Interment will 
follow in the Springfield Cemetery, Springfield, Louisiana.  An on-line

MONNERJAHN, WILLIAM JOSEPH
Springfield - William "Billy" Joseph Monnerjahn, 49, a native of New
Orleans and resident of Springfield, died Saturday, Aug. 17, 2002, at North
Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. He was a former Times-Picayune employee in
the printing department. Survivors include his wife, Virginia Monnerjahn of
Springfield; a son, Joseph A. Monnerjahn of Quantico, Va.; his mother, Eva
Martinez Monnerjahn of Spring-field; two brothers, Phillip A. Monnerjahn of
River Ridge and Jerald A. Monnerjahn of Metairie; a stepdaughter, Stephanie 
Runnels, and two stepsons, Jerald and Joseph Schroeder, both of
Springfield; and seven grandchildren. His father, Joseph Andrew Monnerjahn,
preceded him in death. Visitation will be at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral
Home, Ponchatoula, Monday from 10 a.m. until the funeral at noon in the
funeral home chapel. Deacon Warren Fortenberry will conduct the service
with burial in Springfield Cemetery.
