She was 91 and a resident of Maurepas. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday. Visitation at Word of Life Church, Maurepas, from 12:30 p.m. Thursday until religious service at 1 p.m., conducted by the Rev. Ronnie Gauthreaux. Interment in Maurepas Cemetery. Survived by a daughter, Olivia Picou Sanchez of Maurepas; two sons and daughters-in-law, Wilfred "Buck" and Faye Martin Picou and Charlie and Lois Aydell Picou, all of Maurepas; 11 grandchildren 23 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great- grandchildren. Preceded in death by her first husband, Edgar Picou; second husband, William Morrow; and brothers and sisters. *************************************************************************** Obituary published in the Hammond Daily Star on: 3/6/2011 MORROW, PATRICIA ANN BUSBY Patricia Ann Busby Morrow, born September 11, 1949, native of Laurel, Mississippi, and resident of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, passed away on March 4, 2011. Mrs. Morrow is preceded in death by her parents, Mary Josephine Haun Busby and R.V. Busby and sister, Judy Busby. Mrs. Morrow is survived by her husband, Joel Morrow, her daughter, Stacia and Eric Smith (son: Tyler) of Ponchatoula, Louisiana, and son US Navy Chief Warrant Officer (CWO3) Robert and Keryl Morrow of Tiverton Rhode Island (children: Justin, Ryan and Haley). One Brother Bill Busby of Laurel. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Monday, March 7, 2011, at Memory Chapel. Music will be provided by Mrs. MorrowÕs cousin, Terry Busby. Willis Cochran of Kingston United Methodist Church will officiate. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Research Society (1-877-GO-KOMEN) or charity of your choice. Visitation will be held from 12 noon until service time on Monday at Memory Chapel of Laurel which is in charge of the arrangements.
