She was 83. Visitation was at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Monday. Visitation at the funeral home chapel, 8 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Tuesday. Interment in Cooper Cemetery. She is survived by a brother, Robert Adam Bardwell, Ponchatoula; and six sisters, Violet Crain and Nellie Foster, both of Ponchatoula, Louise Jacobsen, Moses Lake, Wash., Bernice Palermo, New Orleans, Norma Roby, Slidell, and Sylvia Roby, Bay St. Louis, Miss. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Morgan; her second husband, Kenneth Moss; parents, Emmit and Ella Frey Bardwell; and a sister, Myrtle Bennett. *************************************************************************** Obituary published in The Advocate (Baton Rouge) on: 12/31/2002 MOSS, TOMMY EUGENE A registered nurse at Villa Feliciana Hospital in Jackson with 15 years of service and a resident of Greensburg, he died Saturday, Dec. 28, 2002, at Lane Memorial Hospital, Zachary. He was 53 and a native of Independence. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Visiting at Charlet Funeral Home Inc., Clinton, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday. Visiting at the funeral home from 8:30 a.m. until religious service at 10 a.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Marshall Wallace. Interment in Masonic Cemetery. Survived by his mother, Nelson Robinson Moss, Ponchatoula; two sisters, Mary Zoll, Ponchatoula, and Betty Travis, Clinton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
