A maintenance supervisor for Shell in Norco with 38 years of service, he died at 3:03 p.m. Sunday, March 16, 2008, at his home in Norco. He was 78, a native of Norco and a U.S. Army veteran. Visitation at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Norco, on Wednesday, March 19, from 9:30 a.m. until religious service at 11:30 a.m., conducted by the Rev. Terry Hayden. Interment in St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Shirley Hebert Naquin, of Norco; three sons, Kenneth Paul Naquin and wife Amy Blice, of Jonesboro, Ark., Keith Gerard Naquin and wife Jacqueline Veron, of Lutcher, and Bert Charles Naquin and wife Robin Kilgore, of Hattiesburg, Miss.; two daughters, Annette Naquin Womer and husband David "R.D.," of Ponchatoula, and Robin Naquin Mauduit and husband Dr. Kent, of LaPlace; brother, Ray Naquin, of Norco; two sisters, Vernell White, of Hammond, and Thelma Oubre, of Gramercy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson and Andrea Naquin; three brothers, Edward, Sidney and Louis Naquin; sister, Annie Mae Louque; and grandson, Brad David Womer. He was a devoted husband for 53 years and a devoted father, parishioner and faithful servant of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Naquin, age 72, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2011. She was a native of Amite, LA. Rose is preceded in death by her son, Robbie. She is survived by her former husband Tony, four daughters, Connie, Glenda, Sherry, Kim and one son Tony Boy; also 15 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He is survived by three sisters and two brothers- in-law, Una and Nolan Ross, Port Allen, Mary Ann Navarre, Amite, and Mary Lou and Ernie Fernandez, Pierre Part; a brother and sister-in-law, Milton and Marceline Naquin, Brusly; and numerous nieces and nephews.
