O'BEAR, BISHOP LOUIS  "BLACK"
A retired LSU employee and a resident of Baton Rouge, he died Tuesday, 
March 8, 2011, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. He was 75 and a 
native of Hammond. Graveside service at Thomas Chapel at 10 a.m. Saturday, 
March 12, conducted by Pastor Marcus O'Bear. Survived by his loving and 
devoted wife, Pastor Cealina O'Bear; five daughters, two sons, a sister, 
six brothers and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-
grandchildren. Preceded in death by his mother, father, sister, brother 
and daughter. Arrangements by Wilson-Wooddale Funeral Home.

O'BEAR, RACHAEL
Rachael O'Bear, 91, died Monday, Oct. 6, 2003, at North Oaks Medical
Center, Hammond.  She was a native of White Castle.  Visitation will be
Friday from 1 to 4 p.m. at N.A. James Funeral Home, Hammond. The Rev.
Willie Gable Jr. will conduct the funeral Saturday at 1 p.m. Burial will be
in Greenlawn Cemetery, Hammond.
