O'CHERY, MARY CASTELLA 
Mary Castella O'chery died at 1:05 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, at Kentwood
Manor Nursing Home in Kentwood. She was 87 and a native and a resident of
Kentwood. She and her husband owned and operated Mary's Drive-In in
Kentwood. Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 10, at
Woodland Cemetery, Kentwood, conducted by Deacon Mike Agello. She is
survived by her daughter, Rose Roberts and husband Mike, Osyka, Miss.; two
grandsons, Scotty Roberts, McComb, Miss., and Corey Roberts and wife Holly,
Osyka; sister, Josie Sampere and husband Joe, Baton Rouge; and numerous
nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, P. L. "Fipo"
O'chery; parents, Charles and Rosa Castella; three brothers, Willie, Ben
and Guy Castella; sister, Ann "Dolly" Lee; and a half brother, Pete
