She was a native of Head of Island. She is survived by three daughters, Mitzi Grantham of Denham Springs, Linda Harris of Albany and Kathy Kreko of Hammond; one son, Bobby Koles of Albany; two sisters, Hilda Berteau of Ponchatoula and Winnie Anderson of Springfield; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andy Olah; an infant daughter, Diane Olah; one son, Andy Olah Jr.; seven sisters, Elsie Hamilton, Mary Threeton, Alice Pertuis, Katherine Guitreau, Celestine Matherne, Josephine Aime and Niata Guitreau; one brother, Edgar Brown; and her parents, Frederick and Theresa Vicknair Brown. The Rev. Leo Guillot conducted a Mass this morning at St. Margaret Catholic Church, Albany, and burial was in the church cemetery. Surviving are parents and sister, Annette Olah. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Sherman & Gladys Dodd; paternal grandparents, Paul Frank & Elizabeth Holzinger Olah. He was a longtime resident of Albany and a member of the Albany-Hungarian Presbyterian Church. Mr. Olah was a United States Navy veteran, having served our country during WWII. He was a life member of Amvets Post 68 and American Legion Post 258, both of Springfield. Mr. Olah is survived by his wife of 59 years, Claire "Clara" Olah; children, Joseph Olah and wife Elaine, David Olah, Cheryl Olah, Timmy Olah and wife Connie, Donna Salinas and husband Greg, Tammy Foster and husband Billy; ten grandchildren, David, Jared, Kim and Mark Olah, Brandon Olah and wife Katie, Joe, Claire and Gregory Salinas, Caleb and Will Foster; four great- grandchildren, Bailey and Brady Jones, Tyler and Ryleigh Olah. He is also survived by his sister, Julie Bergeron and brother, James Olah. Preceding Mr. Olah in death were three siblings, Paul, Theresa and Frances.
