A native of Tokyo, she was a Livingston homemaker. Survivors include her husband, Jerry L. Oliphant Sr. of Livingston; two daughters, Mary Gregerson Simpson of Prairieville and Pamela Oliphant Duncan Long of Holden; three sons, Johnny L. Gregerson of Albany, Charles F. Gregerson of Metairie and Jerry L. Oliphant Jr. of Baton Rouge; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. Her parents preceded her in death as did two brothers, Hideo and Tatuyza Yoshikawa. Visitation will be at Seale Funeral Home, Livingston, Monday from 5 p.m. to 9. At her request, she will be cremated. During World War II, Zellee and her sister, Gladys Young, worked at Delta Ship Yard. The company honored them for their efforts and dedication through the war.
