OSBORNE, WILLIE 
Independence - Willie Osborne, 76, a native of Brookhaven, Miss., died Sunday, 
Feb. 22, 2004. Survivors include four sons, Charles Lee Osborne and Bobby Jo 
Osborne, both of New Orleans, Albert Earl Osborne of Jackson, Miss., and Fredrick 
Brothern; one daughter, Thelma L. Osborne of Brookhaven; six stepsons, Willie 
Richard, Gerald Brothern and Oscar Lewis, all of Brookhaven, Jerry Brown, E.J. 
Brown and Eager, all of Champaign, Ill.; five stepdaughters, Addie Smith and Clara 
Nelson, both of Monticello, Miss., Mary Herron of Jayess, Miss., Linda Manning of 
Silver Creek, Miss., and Phayler Ford of Jackson; one brother, Oscar Osborne; four 
grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his mother, 
Olevia Osborne; and one brother, Earl Wilson. Visitation will be Wednesday at 
Richardson Funeral Home, Hammond, from 10 a.m. until the funeral at 11. Burial 
will be at Durbin Cemetery, Independence.
