OUBER, LUCILLE DOROTHY HELMER
Albany - Lucille Dorothy Helmer Ouber, 82, a homemaker died Thursday, June
22, 2000, at her home. She was a native of New Orleans and an auxiliary
member of AMVETS Post 68, Springfield, and the Airline Lions Club,
Metairie. Survivors include her children, Gail O. Burgess and Dale Adam
Ouber, Jefferson, Jan Ellen O. Westmoreland, Albany; nine grandchildren and
15 great-grandchildren; siblings, Shelby Helmer and Adele Campos, River
Ridge, Therese O'Brien, Marrero. Her husband, Adam Joseph Ouber; and
siblings, Leo and Arthur W. Helmer Jr. and Melby Bernard, preceded her in
death.  The funeral was this morning at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home,
Hammond, and burial was in Maurepas Cemetery, Maurepas.
