PARKS, FRANCES LUCILLE ALLEN
Frances Lucille Allen Parks, 94, died Tuesday, June 13, 2000, at Hammond
Nursing Home.  She was a native of Ludlow, Miss.  Survivors include two
daughters, Katherine Parks Henry, Hammond, Mabry Parks Baham, Ponchatoula;
five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; three sisters, 
Christine Allen Shivers, Pascagoula, Miss., Nadine Allen Hernandez,
Ponchatoula, and Audrey Allen Hopper, Brandon, Miss.  Her husband, J.H.
Parks; daughter, Genell Parks; two sisters, Lillian Sorenson and Gladys
Trest; and three brothers, Marion, Clifton and Murray Allen, preceded her
in death.  A graveside service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at Seneasha
Baptist Church Cemetery, Goodman, Miss.  Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home,
Hammond, is in charge.
